The Alaminos City Counsel for the Elders, Inc. was organized last March 27, 2003 under SEC Registration No. CN 200306013. The Counsel is a non-stock, non-government organization that was primarily organized to be partners with the city officials in delivering basic medical services to the elders in the community.

It consists of medical and legal professionals dedicated to the health and welfare of its members and their immediate family members, which includes their father, mother, legitimate wife, and children.

After registering as members, they and their family can avail of free medical education, free legal advice, 50% discount on medical consultation and 30% discount on medicines.

Elected as Officers of the Board of Trustees were: Dra. Roberta Ranoy, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Agripino Radam, Vice Chairman; Ms. Estela R. Felix, Secretary and Ms. Luisita Rarang, Treasurer. The Members of the Board of Trustees include the following: Mr. Irineo Onia, Dr. Rafael Quebral, Mr. Leopoldo Batin, Ms. Elisa Tugaoen. Ms. Trinidad Ragudos, Ms. Norma Nudo.
