Another great concern of the Fontelera administration is on how his constituents in the upland barangays could enjoy clean, potable and abundant supply of water. Thus, crop-up the plan of putting up production wells or small water impounding system in the remote communities.

Energization program in the far-flung areas of the city is also underway, again funded by the city government and further disclosed that Sec. Braganza has just funded the construction of Cayucay-Mona-Pangapisan road worth P 5 M as well as the concreting of a barangay road going to St. Joseph Seminary in brgy. Macatiw.
