a way parallel to his current thrusts for the youth in the western
Pangasinan.
We have a plan and noble mission for the OSYs and this walk for
a cause is certainly one of the many ways to uplift the welfare
of this sector for them to become worthy citizens of our communities,
he said.
The truth is, this undertaking is in line with my initiative for
the youth. Through our Kalinga sa Barangay Scholarship Program,
we were able to send 600 youth in the district to college and start
building their brighter future.
