The Municipality Planning Team composed of Hon. Mario J. Montemayor, Sangguniang Bayan Member, Mr. Alfredo A. Corpuz, Municipality Planning and Development Coordinator, Engr. Vicente B. Billion, Jr., Municipal Engineer, Engr. Noberto Alcantara, Project Development Officer III, Mr. Leonido Caburao, Municipal Budget Officer and Deputy Zoning Administrator, Mrs. Shirley R. dela Cruz, Municipal Treasurer, Mr. Jesus A. Escano, Draftsman, Ms Jorelyn C. Romero, Computer Operator II, Ms. Mary Ann G. Sumido, Clerk/Typist, Mr. Maximino dela Cruz, Data Collector in coordination with the different Department Heads, Section Heads of the Local Government Unit, Heads of Agencies, Organizations and individuals under the direct technical assistance program of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board headed by Dir. Editha U. Barameda, Regional Director, HLURB, San Fernando City, Region I and Engr. Roderico Beltran, HHRO-III, Region I, undertook the task of replanning and rezoning in the municipality for the main purposes of formulating a new guide towards further improvement of the quality of like of its residents and enhancement of environmental quality through integrated and comprehensive development of resources without endangering physical environment.
